Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill top-of-funnel opportunities, manage follow-ups, and maintain an optimal customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify qualified limited partners (LPs) each month, enrich their records, and trigger outreach initiatives.
- Participate in initial calls, take ownership of all follow-ups, tailor presentation decks, and create performance tables.
- Monitor LP preference shifts and suggest product tweaks accordingly.
KPIs:
- Qualified LPs added
- Reply percentage
- Follow-up service level agreement (SLA) within 48 hours
Targets:
- Weekly target: 20 qualified calls and demos, 40+ follow-ups; monthly beat quota by 5%. Quarterly targets include:
- Alternative Units: Weekly: 20 Retail LPs, 40+ follow-ups; Close at least 1 property with an asset value of INR 10 Crores or less
Minimum Hire Profile:
2-5 years of sales experience in Finance, Fintech, or Wealth-tech; proficiency in Excel, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; impeccable writing skills
