Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Partnerships Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands. You will work closely with our partners to define campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Build persuasive and visually compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
