Job Description

The role of a Training Manager is to develop and execute training programs that drive sales growth, enhance product knowledge, and strengthen marketing capabilities.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering structured product training modules aligned with business objectives, educating sales teams on product features and marketing strategies, and creating engaging content for various delivery channels.

In addition, the Training Manager will work closely with the Marketing team to align training content with ongoing campaigns and branding initiatives, conduct in-market product and marketing sessions for front-line sales teams, and measure training effectiveness through impact on product sales and market share improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a strong understanding of product marketing, consumer behavior, and positioning strategies. Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills are also essential, as well as training content development and instructional design expertise.

Candidates should also have experience in field-oriented stakeholder engagement and proficiency in digital training tools and LMS platforms. An MBA in Marketing or HR, or certification in Training/Instructional Design is highly desirable.
