About Our Team

We are seeking a talented Pricing Analyst II to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to identify business challenges, develop innovative solutions, and communicate requirements effectively.

This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the travel industry, preferably with an airline reservation system, GDS, or travel agency.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify problems, recommend solutions, and document requirements for new and existing products.
  • Develop project requirements documents that define all the requirements during the concept phase.
  • Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure customer requirements are met during the development phase.
  • Support implementation and launch to market, including managing pilots and beta tests.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that impact the company's success. You will be responsible for creating project requirements documents, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer requirements are met.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' experience in the travel industry (preferably with an airline reservation system, GDS, or travel agency).
  • Explicit ATPCO Automated Rules processing, including automated reissues (Cat 31) and refunds (Cat 33).
  • Strong overall knowledge of ATPCO fares, pricing, and data application.
  • Strong business requirements gathering and documentation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
