Operations Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in operational processes, stakeholder management, and reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations across assigned stakeholders and functions, coordinating effectively with sales, academic, and ground teams to ensure smooth workflows, managing student onboarding inventory, school readiness, and more.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations across assigned stakeholders and functions.
  • Coordinate effectively with sales, academic, and ground teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Manage student onboarding inventory, school readiness, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and data trackers for performance monitoring.
  • Draft and circulate professional emails, notices, and communication updates.
  • Assist in planning and execution of new initiatives and process improvements.

  2. Proficiency in MS Excel.
  3. Ability to create and maintain dashboards for reporting and decision-making.
  4. Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative approach.
  5. Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  6. Strong ability in email drafting and professional correspondence.
  7. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
