The High Stakes Test Center is a crucial component in the delivery of high-stakes exams. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring its smooth operation.

Reporting to the Management Team Leader, your responsibilities will include coordinating with partners, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with established standards. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for maintaining high-quality standards.

This position requires coordination of scheduling across the test center network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements. Collaboration with the Workforce Management team on Speaking Examiners' allocation forecast is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is considered beneficial. Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.

A strong focus on compliance, flexibility to travel as required, and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines are also essential. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to manage unforeseen events and ensure minimum impact on candidates and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling across the test center network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Workforce Management team on Speaking Examiners' allocation forecast.
  • Monitor the utilization of test centers and recommend adjustments or expansions based on demand.
  • Manage accurate submission of invoices for test centers, verifying exam volumes and facilitating timely payments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage unforeseen events ensuring minimum impact on candidates and stakeholders.
