The role of an Accounts Payable Specialist is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. You will collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain compliance and support the company's operational efficiency.

This includes:

  • Processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments;
  • Matching purchase orders with invoices and resolving discrepancies;
  • Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable transactions;
  • Assisting with month-end closing and financial reporting;
  • Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues;
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
