Job Title: Financial Transaction Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently using financial software to ensure timely payments.
  • Perform invoice coding, matching, and approvals in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage payment runs, ensuring accurate and reliable payments to vendors.
  • Handle vendor queries and reconciliations, maintaining positive relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations of accounts payable balances to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in month-end close activities related to accounts payable, providing support and expertise as needed.
  • Generate and review AP reports for management and auditors, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable, with strong knowledge of financial software and principles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and general accounting practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines and resolve issues promptly.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
