Job Title: Store Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, motivating sales teams, and overseeing store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor sales staff to meet sales objectives and drive business growth.
- Assist in hiring, training, and overseeing new staff members to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns professionally, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Develop and implement effective in-store displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and sales performance to inform business decisions.
- Manage store administration duties, including budgeting, financial records, and inventory management.

- Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the ability to inspire and guide sales teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
