Job Overview:

The Relationship Manager is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This role involves identifying client needs, offering suitable products or services, and acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate banking or financial products
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer queries and concerns
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the customer portfolio
  • Conduct regular client meetings and account reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Monitor client accounts to identify risks, opportunities, and service gaps
  • Provide feedback to improve products, services, and customer experiences
  • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and compliance regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand financial products and customer requirements
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the banking, financial services, or insurance sector
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office applications
  • Sales or customer service certification (optional)
