Enterprise Enrollment Executive
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the complete onboarding and enrollment process for employees under group insurance schemes.
- Collaborate with corporate HR teams to collect and verify employee and dependent data.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into both insurer's and internal systems.
- Manage mid-term additions, deletions, and endorsements efficiently.
- Deliver awareness sessions or webinars for employees on insurance benefits and claim processes.
- Troubleshoot queries and coordinate with insurance partners to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive records of enrollments, timelines, and discrepancies.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance, HR services, or employee benefits domain.
- Exceptional communication and client servicing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and insurance or CRM tools is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines are crucial.
- Experience handling high-volume data processing is highly desirable.
- IRDAI license (or willingness to acquire one) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in a broker or insurance tech startup would be advantageous.
- Exposure to working with enterprise clients or large-scale employee groups is beneficial.
