Customer Service Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Sales and other departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer communication.
- Champion the customer voice within the organization, proactively identifying and addressing customer concerns.
- Establish a robust process for managing customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Empower the customer service team to handle escalated issues and complaints confidently and professionally.
- Analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing customer service teams.
- Demonstrated ability to advocate for customer needs and influence organizational processes.
