Our organization is seeking a dedicated Professional to join our team as a POSH Compliance Specialist.

This role involves conducting training sessions and workshops on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) for various organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing training materials, delivering presentations, and providing legal consultation and support regarding sexual harassment cases.

They will also be required to draft legal documents and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, while guiding organizations on compliance and best practices.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in law, particularly in sexual harassment cases, to make a positive impact in promoting equality and combating sexual harassment.

We are looking for someone who can work independently and remotely, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering training programs on POSH
  • Providing legal consultation and support on sexual harassment cases
  • Drafting legal documents and staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
  • Guiding organizations on compliance and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Strong knowledge of sexual harassment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • Experience in the legal field, particularly in sexual harassment cases
