Job Title:

A senior leadership role is available for a high-achieving sales professional who has the vision and drive to optimize revenue growth, upsell conversions, post-sale engagement, and customer relationship continuity in a fast-paced real estate sales environment.

This key position oversees a team of Closing Managers, empowering them with daily goals, progress monitoring, coaching, and reviews to enhance sales effectiveness. The successful candidate will be an expert in handling warm and hot walk-ins, building rapport, addressing objections, and pitching offerings with precision and emotional intelligence.

Maintaining in-depth knowledge of project pricing, unit availability, promotional offers, buyer objections, and negotiation levers is crucial for success in this role. This position also drives daily adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from welcoming prospects to structured tours, documentation, CRM updates, and closure workflows.

The ideal candidate will facilitate upsell conversations, promoting higher floors, premium views, clubhouse upgrades, or add-on parking in line with buyer profiles. They will train the team on pitch structure, pricing articulation, objection handling, and negotiation techniques.

Key performance indicators include revenue booked, walk-in to booking conversion ratio, average up-sell value / ticket size per booking, and turnaround time (TAT) from first visit to closure.

Qualifications include an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification, 8–10 years of experience in front-end sales, prior real estate exposure, demonstrated success in managing sales teams and delivering high-value closures, familiarity with premium homebuyers and high-touch engagement environments, and experience in Tier 1 real estate companies.

Core competencies required include strong people management skills with a hands-on leadership style, high confidence, emotional intelligence, and clarity in communication, deep understanding of buyer motivations and objection-handling frameworks, ability to balance field execution with team oversight and internal coordination, and resilience, energy, and goal-oriented – thriving in a high-intensity sales environment.
