Export Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to drive strategic growth in our export sales division.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team and contribute to our company's success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies, managing contracts and commercial agreements with international clients, leading and coordinating the export sales team, and ensuring efficient handling of all commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute export sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our global presence
  • Manage relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts that meet their needs and drive business results
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the export sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Evaluate market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them
Requirements
