Customer Support Executive Job Description

As a customer support executive, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, resolving product or service problems, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls to provide timely and effective solutions to customers.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution.
  • Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Manage CRM tool to track customer interactions and feedback.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and data analysis.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
