Job Overview:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of human resources strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.

  • Recruit, select, and onboard top talent to meet business needs.

  • Maintain positive employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

  • Conduct performance reviews and work with department heads on performance improvement plans.

  • Design and implement training and development initiatives to support employee growth.

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.

  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.

  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.

  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
