">Requirements">

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • 6-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical CMC development.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one function in CMC development, including Process Chemistry, Process Engineering, Formulation, and Analytical Chemistry.
  • Strong knowledge of unit operations, processes, quality by design (QbD), tech transfer, process validation, quality attributes, and regulatory milestones.
  • Understanding of data and information systems, such as ELN, LIMS, ERP systems, and LCM or PLM systems.
  • Ability to translate knowledge across modalities and present to senior leaders, executives, and audiences with CMC backgrounds.
