- Typically manages several transition teams or projects, each with their own transition manager.
- Projects may require multi-site coordination and implementation.
- Supports a majority of NTT DATA service and product lines.
- May mentor less experienced team members

Internal Job Description

We are currently seeking an Transition Service Specialist Advisor to join our team in Remote, India.

**Position overview**
- Responsible for implementing a technical and business solution that has been sold to the NTT DATA.
- Bridges the gap between the sales deal closer and the technical delivery implementation.
- Coordinating all the activities required to set-up the initial implementation of ITIL Service Management Processes and ITSM Tool for services delivered by in-scope NTT DATA and Customer Service Towers.
- The delivery of Project Milestones related to Service Management.

**Position's General Duties and Tasks**:

- Typically manages several transition teams or projects, each with their own transition manager.
- Projects may require multi-site coordination and implementation.
- Supports a majority of NTT DATA service and product lines.
- May mentor less experienced team members

**Qualifications**

**Must have Skills**:

- Account/Delivery Management-Delivery Oversight - ITIL/ITSM Processes (1005505)
- Advanced understanding of transition of ITIL/ITSM Processes
- Advanced understanding of ITIL processes and principals.
- Advanced project management and NTT DATA management abilities and project financials.
- Advanced ability to assess, manage and remediate high project risks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large project teams and develop strategic plans.
- Advanced communication and executive level NTT DATA interaction skills.

**Nice to have, but not required**:

- ITIL 4 Foundations Certification

**Education Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
