We are currently seeking a TrueSight Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

**Job Description** - Tools architect for Enterprise Monitoring Solutions

Mandatory Skills for this role:

- Enterprise Monitoring tool architecture, administration, and configuration
- Architecture / Design and administration of On-Prem & Cloud hosted Enterprise Monitoring Infrastructure
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Pearl)
- API integrations
- Experience with Transitions and Migrations of Enterprise Monitoring Tools
- Must have experience on
- Event Integration Manager - should know, how to integrate monitoring tools to TS EIM solution and establish project improvements through correlations.
- Predictive - Should be able to configure predictive alerting for at least and showcase that through Tickets based solution or dashboarding.
- Dashboarding - should know how to use / create BMC dashboards for customers
- Correlation / AIOPs - should know - de-duplication, Event Storm, Flapping and parent child relationship establishment.
- Customer facing

Roles and responsibilities:

- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Monitoring tool architecture, administration and configuration.
- Technically manage the design and implementation of enterprise solutions.
- Hands on experience of end to end deployment of Enterprise Monitoring tools.
- In-depth Knowledge of Systems Mgmt., Monitoring Tools, ITIL process, Integrations with different tools & scripting.
- Good understanding of Automation & Enterprise wide monitoring tooling solutions.
- Hands on experience in integrating Enterprise Monitoring tools with ITSM platforms.
- Minimum (5) years hands on experience in administering and configuring Enterprise Monitoring tools at an L3 level.
- Having knowledge of IT Infra Programming/Scripting (PowerShell; Jason, MySQL; Python; Perl)
- Good understanding of OS (Windows and Unix).
- Must have good knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCS)
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Lead troubleshooting of issues and outages.
- Provide technical support as requested, for internal and external customers primarily for Enterprise Monitoring Tools.
- Undertake individual assignments or work on a project as part of a larger team analyzing customer requirements, gathering and analyzing data and recommending solutions.
- Ensure assignments are undertaken consistently and with quality.
- Produce and update assignment documentation as required.
- Deploy and Configure Infrastructure on Cloud by performing effective analysis of resource utilization and consumption.
- Perform Cloud Development and Deployment using public cloud API stack. Should be able to Code, Unit Test & Deploy
- Experienced in customer interaction.
- Good communication skills (verbal/written).
- Experienced in dealing with internal and external stake holders independently during transitions and project driven activities.
- Willing to work in 24
- 7 work environment.

Additional requirements:

- Certifications in Enterprise Monitoring Platforms (BMC, OPSRAMP, etc)
