Product Engineering Manager

Join a high-performing team as a Product Engineering Manager to drive innovation and growth in the product engineering space.

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement engineering standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize ROI.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in product engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12-20 years of relevant experience.
