Job Title: Technical Leadership

A key point of contact for UK-based business, including direct liaison with directors.

Manage and report on commercial activities, forecast workloads, and plan resources for the team.

Supervise local delivery to support projects and assist in the professional development of colleagues.

Provide operational leadership in the coordination and successful delivery of work delivered by ecology teams.

Evaluate client satisfaction and provide support in output production as required.

Manage project timelines, technical oversight, and timely delivery of outputs from inception to completion.

Liaise with internal UK colleagues, act as a 'technical face' of the India-based Ecology team.

Maintain local health and safety, welfare, risk, information security, and assessment/compliance standards.

Manage projects, programmes, and finances effectively.

Record leadership of projects and teams, providing high-level consultancy services to clients.

Possess excellent commercial skills and drive commercial excellence within projects and teams.

Ensure a high-quality standard of work from team members through robust review and constructive feedback.

Interact with multi-disciplinary project teams.

Lead highly visible, inspirational leadership and direction for the iCRC Ecology team.

IDentify opportunities to upskill resources or recruit new capabilities to deliver additional services.

Seek regular feedback on team performance, convert criticisms into improvement opportunities, and implement changes.

Contribute to operational process design, quality measurement, and performance KPI achievement.

Maintain strong colleague relationships and contribute to team performance.

Deliver commercial performance by understanding and monitoring the area of work and ensuring agreed targets are met.

Be responsible for quality of technical outputs to WSP standards.

Explore ways to add value and improve personal and team performance.

Manage opportunities, risks, and project changes/variations for business advantage.
