Ecology Advisor

Our team is seeking a highly skilled ecology consultant to join our advisory group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecology and be able to apply their knowledge to various projects across the full scope of our advisory services.

• The fields of expertise include urban nature, landscape ecology, marine & coastal ecology, nature-positive infrastructure, and biodiversity consulting.
• We actively contribute to major societal challenges of our time, including sustainable development, environmental conservation, and climate change mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ecological solutions for clients
• Collaborate with specialists and consultants within and outside the advisory group
• Apply ecological knowledge to projects and contribute to the development of new and innovative solutions
• Ensure strong technical input in projects and safeguard quality

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6-8 years relevant work experience
• Bachelors degree in Ecology or any similar field, Masters degree is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of ecological principles and practices
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and translate ecological data into practical solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly communicate complex concepts
• Knowledge of GIS systems and databases
