Senior Business Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned technology executive to fill the role of Associate Director. This position is a pivotal part of our client's (Web & Mobile unit) journey towards achieving the next level of success. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire business unit's operations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- The ideal candidate will lead the delivery of technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements
- Implement and continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of project managers, delivery leads, and other key personnel, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive successful project outcomes
- Ensure operational processes and standards are in place to support efficient project execution and high-quality delivery
- Drive excellence on processes, quality assurance, and delivery management to customers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to monitor and enhance capacity utilization
- Leverage operational team data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements
P&L Ownership:
- Take full ownership of the Business Unit's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
- Develop and manage the unit's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimizing cost management
- Monitor financial metrics and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets and drive profitability
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Serve as the escalation point for client issues, resolving complex problems and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with the central customer success team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Identify talent needs, oversee recruitment, and support professional development and career growth for team members
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure team alignment with organizational goals
Background and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the B2B technology sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and P&L management
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with relevant certifications
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
