Administrative Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within UAE, India, and Mumbai. This role involves managing office supplies and resources, coordinating with executive office, operations, HR, and commercial departments, as well as handling scheduling and communication tasks.

  • Manage daily administrative operations, including office supplies and resources.
  • Coordinate with various departments, handle scheduling, and communication tasks.
  • Monitor contracts & renewals and highlight to the concerned team in advance for renewals.
  • Supervise administrative staff and manage budgets.
  • Implement office policies and ensure compliance with company regulations.

A strong organizational and multitasking ability is essential for this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. Proficiency in office software and management tools is necessary.
