Job Title: Financial Leadership Position

Job Description:

The Head of Finance plays a pivotal role in leading the finance team, ensuring the effective management of day-to-day accounts, including transactions, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation.
  • Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to oversee daily funds, arrange Capex & working capital finance from banks, and ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and coordination with consultants for tax assessment and appellate matters.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including liaison with banks, auditors, and other consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor payments, maintain banking relationships, and handle NEFT and RTGS transactions.
• Liaise with statutory authorities, including Income Tax, VAT & TDS departments, to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain GST compliance, file monthly GST returns, and ensure TDS compliance by booking entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets.
