Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee a wide range of financial functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in core financial management and practical experience in treasury operations, forex management, costing, due diligence, financial reporting, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Treasury Management:
    • Manage day-to-day fund flow, cash forecasting, and working capital planning.
    • Handle bank relationships, credit lines, term loans, and fund-based/non-fund-based limits.
    • Ensure optimal liquidity management and timely utilization of funds.
  • Forex Strategy:
    • Monitor foreign exchange exposure and execute hedging strategies.
    • Coordinate with banks for forward contracts, currency risk management, and LC-related operations.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations on export and forex transactions.
  • Cost Analysis & Control:
    • Develop and maintain product costing models (including SKU-level costing).
    • Perform cost variance analysis and identify margin improvement areas.
    • Collaborate with operations and procurement for cost control initiatives.
  • Due Diligence & Compliance:
    • Lead financial due diligence processes for business expansions, M&A, or investor engagements.
    • Analyze financial health, working capital efficiency, and risk exposures.
    • Support preparation of investor packs, valuation data, and audit documents.
  • Statutory Compliance:
    • Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Coordinate with statutory auditors for timely closure of audits.
    • Implement internal controls and financial discipline in line with corporate governance.
  • Financial Reporting & MIS:
    • Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
    • Manage MIS reporting and variance analysis for business decision-making.
    • Support the management team with insights, dashboards, and trend reports.
  • Export Finance & Incentives:
    • Handle pre- and post-shipment export financing.
    • Ensure timely realization of export proceeds and management of export incentives.
    • Maintain compliance with norms.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualifications: CA passed in 1st attempt.
  • Experience: 10–15 years in finance, with at least 5+ years in export-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of treasury, forex, costing, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and financial analysis tools.
  • High attention to detail, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
