About Our Account Management Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This role involves establishing and cultivating relationships with clients, as well as managing internal processes and deliverables from start to end of ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts, internal processes, and campaign deliverables.
- Negotiate with clients and agency staff about campaign details.
- Present creative work to clients for approval or modification.
- Monitor campaigns daily and recommend improvements.
- Introduce new products to clients, respond to inquiries, and find solutions that maximize our services use, value, and revenue potential.
- Contribute to product development and service development initiatives.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in the digital advertising industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong marketing abilities along with an aptitude to forecast industry trends.
- Driven, self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow.
- Creative problem-solver with sharp analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detailed-oriented with a passion for perfection.
