Land Researcher Job Summary

This diverse position as a Land Researcher in the Land Services team involves gathering and delivering detailed, high-quality land ownership information to clients.

You will search databases, research land registry records, and examine Ordnance Survey maps to obtain this information.

The role requires close collaboration with other Land Researchers in the team to achieve common goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will be able to identify all legal land interests and rights in land through diligent inquiry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather land referencing data including Land Registry research, desktop research, questionnaire analysis, and landowner liaison.
  • Negotiate access to land for environmental and other surveys.
  • Attend project meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Land Team's delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects across Ireland and the UK.

Requirements & Skills:

  • A degree in geography or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in managing and quality checking data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
