Job Opportunity in Financial Due Diligence and Deal Advisory

As a Manager, you will work on complex, high-profile transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts. In this role, you will lead financial due diligence engagements, identify key transaction issues, and prepare high-quality reports.

  • You will be responsible for managing smaller assignments independently or assisting on larger ones under Partner supervision.
  • You will build credibility with clients and represent Transaction Services in deal discussions.
  • You will maintain professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities.

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills. You should have the ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands.

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge is preferred. You should also have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and the ability to work under pressure.
