A visionary Unified Voice & Firewall Engineer is sought after to bridge the gap between cutting-edge voice collaboration systems and robust network security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center for seamless communication.
  • Manage voice recording platforms with Cistera or similar tools.
  • Oversee certificate lifecycle management for secure operations.
  • Monitor performance using LogicMonitor, WhatsUp Gold, SolarWinds, or equivalent tools.
  • Configure firewalls (Cisco ASA/FTD, Fortinet FortiGate, Palo Alto) to ensure enterprise network security.
  • Implement firewall policies, VPNs, NAT, and ACLs for comprehensive security.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of combined experience in Voice/UC engineering and Firewall administration.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of CUCM, Webex, SIP trunks, and voice integration.
  • Expertise in Cisco ASA/FTD and Fortinet FortiGate (Palo Alto a plus).
  • Experience managing certificates, PKI, and secure communications.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like WhatsUp Gold, LogicMonitor, or SolarWinds.
  • Relevant certifications highly preferred.
