Job Title: Enterprise Multi-Factor Authentication Specialist

As an experienced MFA Engineer, you will drive the migration project from Cisco DUO and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator.

  • Project Management: Oversee the successful transition of MFA solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to services and user experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on MFA technologies, providing technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with architecture teams to design robust MFA solutions that meet security needs while complying with industry regulations.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed in line with the organization's security framework.
  • User Support and Training: Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring solutions to track MFA usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding MFA effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
  • Proven experience working with financial institutions, understanding regulatory compliance, and security requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Strong knowledge of identity protocols and enterprise security frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
