Job Opportunity:

The IAM Specialist plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing secure identity solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement identity access management solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain backend services in Java to support authentication and authorization workflows.
  • Integrate applications into single sign-on frameworks using SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC protocols.
  • Customize identity policies using OGNL expressions and support front-end customizations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Collaborate with architects, security teams, and application owners to deliver secure identity solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex authentication and federation issues across environments.
  • Support multi-factor authentication, passwordless authentication, and adaptive access strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance access management platforms and federation infrastructure.
  • Participate in identity and access management roadmap planning and architectural decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in identity access management, with a focus on single sign-on and federation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and other relevant tools.
  • Proficiency in Java backend development and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
  • Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC.
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, SCIM.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman.
  • Basic Linux administration and PKI (X.509 certificates).
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
