Solutions Consultant
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused professional with expertise in Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse to fill this critical role.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinaxis and a proven ability to align technology capabilities with business objectives.
This position requires collaborating with clients to understand their business challenges and supply chain requirements, leading discovery sessions, presenting customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse, and creating detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations.
Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions, configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client needs, guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization, and serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
Responsibilities include supporting sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process, delivering compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios, responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights, and acting as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery.
Ultimately, the goal is to provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions, collect feedback to refine processes, and identify opportunities for future improvements.
