Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our construction projects across Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring that work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Monitor and manage resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
  • Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
  • Conduct regular quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company protocols, and safety norms.
  • Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and standards
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications
  • Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering
  • Knowledge of land development and land use permitting
