We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Search Coordinator.

Your role will be integral in ensuring our candidates receive exceptional support and care throughout the recruitment process.

You will be responsible for managing candidates through the hiring process, coordinating interview availability and booking times with assessors, preparing candidate briefing documents for interview preparation, managing tests and assessments, and ensuring efficient completion of candidate documentation post offer.

In addition, you will be responsible for arranging follow-up meetings, including interviews and feedback briefings.

Candidate Marketing and CRM Management:

Manage and maintain a database of top target candidates, ensuring they receive regular updates from Stout.

Partner with Marketing Directors to ensure recruiting presentations are up-to-date with correct bios and data.

Key responsibilities include producing regular activity reports, analyzing trend data, and having:

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and be able to provide critical market intelligence by mapping competitors to understand the potential candidate landscape.

You will work closely with the Growth team to identify and attract top talent, and develop strategic plans to achieve recruitment goals.
