IT Support & System Administrator

Our organization is seeking a skilled and resourceful IT Support & System Administrator to join our global technology team.

  • Ecosystem & Security:
    • Implement, operate, and maintain Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Intune. Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
    • Configure and support Azure Single Sign-On integrations. Focus on security and compliance.
    • Collaborate with the Security team to manage Microsoft Security Stack and enterprise-wide security protocols. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • & Infrastructure:
    • Lead and execute Windows, email, and cloud migrations. Ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure solutions. Optimize resources for maximum efficiency.
    • Manage upgrades, performance optimization, and capacity planning. Balance needs and resources effectively.
  • Global IT Support:
    • Provide L1L3 support across systems, networks, and databases. Respond promptly to issues and resolve them efficiently.
    • Lead helpdesk operations, ensuring issues are resolved promptly with minimal disruption. Foster a culture of excellent customer service.
    • Act as a trusted IT partner for teams and clients, delivering clear, professional, and timely communication. Establish strong relationships built on trust and reliability.
  • Asset & Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate records. Maintain up-to-date information for efficient decision-making.
    • Coordinate courier/delivery and receipt of assets during onboarding/offboarding in tandem with the HR team. Ensure seamless transitions.
  • Continuous Improvements:
    • Conduct system monitoring, reporting & auditing. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
    • Identify, assess, and implement service cost improvements while maintaining risk and performance standards. Drive innovation and efficiency.
    • Integrate automation to streamline IT processes and enhance efficiency. Reduce manual effort and minimize errors.
    • Apply IT operations best practices, ensuring user satisfaction and reliability. Deliver high-quality services consistently.
  • Deploy & Manage Teams Environment:
    • Lead the architecture, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Teams (including Teams Rooms, Teams Phone/Voice, and Teams Live Events). Ensure smooth operation and optimal user experience.
    • Integrate Teams with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, etc.) and third-party apps. Expand functionality and improve collaboration.
    • Configure and manage Teams policies, compliance, governance, and lifecycle management. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration Engineering:
    • Implement and manage Teams Phone System, Direct Routing, and Calling Plans. Enhance communication and collaboration capabilities.
    • Configure SBCs (Session Border Controllers) and ensure PSTN integration. Facilitate seamless communication between teams and external partners.
    • Oversee Teams meeting rooms and devices. Ensure optimal usage and maintenance.
