Job Title: Senior Voice Analyst

The role of a Senior Voice Analyst is pivotal in maintaining, implementing and administering secure voice infrastructure. This includes proposing the latest technologies and innovations in the domain. The successful candidate will provide support to the BAU team for critical incidents or tasks and interact with the architecture team for designing IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Responsibilities:
  • Carry out tasks related to Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) and Voice Gateways.
  • Escalate issues to Level 3 when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot, fix and replace video conferencing units, projectors and a wide array of AV equipment.
  • Manage Crestron CP4 and other devices, Kramer, QSC Amplifier, Shure microphones.
  • Provide ongoing support in the voice domain.
  • Support AV/VC setup and coordinate with vendors for necessary support and resolution.
  • Assist with Digital Signage, Imagicle, Wallboard in the voice domain.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis for technical issues, establish recovery and prevention processes.
  • Follow processes to ensure the strengthening of infrastructure.
  • Identify remediation measures.
  • Coordinate with onshore teams, interface with vendors and partners for issue resolution.
  • Assist Team Leads/Delivery Managers in maintaining Service Level Agreement adherence.
  • Propose solution alternatives and provide impact analysis for technical changes.
  • Translate high-level objectives into low-level work modules and tasks.
  • Perform requirements gathering and design.
  • Have experience with ITIL and Change Management.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Operational Procedures (OPCs) and other business supporting documentation.
  • Have knowledge of Solarwinds, Netflow, and Wireshark traffic analysis tools.
  • Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience covering Cisco Voice technologies, AV devices and/or Oracle SBC.
  • Working experience on Cisco IP Telephony, Call Manager, Unity, Voice gateways, PRI connectivity, Cisco Video Conferencing.
  • Working experience on Oracle SBC's.
  • Strong knowledge of SIP.
  • Good knowledge of video endpoints (Cisco kit, Room Bar, etc).
  • Knowledge of IPC Unigy, Verba, and Nice NTR recording systems.
  • Technical knowledge of network and telecom infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Solarwinds, Netflow, and Wireshark traffic analysis tools.
  • Having experience with ITIL and Change Management.
