What would you be doing?

  1. High-Leverage Projects
  2. Take on high-leverage projects — building business models, setting up processes, or cracking distribution hacks to drive business growth.
  3. Strategic Alignment
  4. Work closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  5. Problem-Solving
  6. Own key problem statements end-to-end, from framing to execution and iteration, using your problem-solving skills to drive measurable business impact.
  7. Business Growth
  8. Build business cases, run fast experiments to drive business growth, and continuously improve key workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  9. Initiative Building
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale initiatives, leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset to drive results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation from top-tier institutions.
  • Experience (1–2 years) – Preference for management consulting background or heavy problem-solving roles in early-stage startups.
