Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, and support ITSM and CSM modules in ServiceNow.
  • Implement product and service specifications, resource specifications, and decomposition rules.
  • Configure UI Policies, Data Policies, UI Actions, and create custom fields on forms.
  • Manage Incident, Problem, and Request Management processes within ITSM modules.
  • Utilize Flow Designer and Workflow Editor for efficient business process automation.
  • Integrate REST APIs to streamline data exchange and system functionality.
  • Create and manage email notifications and events for proactive communications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules.
  • Strong understanding of product offerings, service/resource specifications, and decomposition rules.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and customization (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
  • Experience configuring and managing UI Policies, Data Policies, and UI Actions.
  • Knowledge of REST API integration with ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, and Request Management.
