Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead projects and enhance manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess experience in leading projects, improving processes, and implementing Industry 4.0 technologies.

  • Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes that align with safety, quality, and business objectives.
  • Develop and refine manufacturing processes for Connecting Rod manufacturing lines.
  • Select equipment, oversee Design Approval Process (DAP), and commission new equipment to drive productivity.
  • Manage the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for equipment and line commissioning.
  • Enhance plant layout and material flow for efficiency and productivity improvements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
  • Analyze and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with site operations, Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Quality, and supplier teams.
  • Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of New Business Startup (NBS) projects.
Requirements
  • Intermediate-level experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading manufacturing projects and process enhancements.
  • Strong knowledge of production part approval processes (PPAP) and capital procurement.
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 and IIoT implementation in manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to analyze OEE and develop efficiency-improving solutions.
  • Proficiency in digital modeling tools for process simulation and improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
