Senior Analyst Role Summary

As a key member of the Corporate Communications team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of internal communication initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in crafting compelling messages that resonate with employees across various levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in drafting, formatting, and publishing internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, announcements).
  • Assist with employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content.
  • Help coordinate town halls, leadership connections, and awareness drives.

Event and Media Support:

  • Provide logistical and creative support during internal events (e.g., Foundation Day, CSR drives, festive celebrations).
  • Maintain archives of communication assets, photos, and video content.

Digital and Social Media Management:

  • Monitor corporate social media handles and track engagement metrics.
  • Draft posts and coordinate approvals with relevant departments.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain a calendar of communication activities and provide weekly/monthly updates.
  • Track and report basic analytics on communication initiatives (e.g., email open rates, intranet traffic, etc.).

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience in corporate communications, marketing, or content roles is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint); Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms.
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting timelines.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic to take up new challenges and tasks.
  • Interest in corporate culture, storytelling, and visual branding.
