We're looking for a Business Communications & Strategy Executive to support our leadership team in driving internal coordination, business reviews, and strategic planning. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with strong business acumen, a knack for structured thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior leadership in preparing for business review meetings and internal strategy sessions
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, follow-ups, and execution of key action points
  • Translate data and financial insights into clear, structured presentations or briefs
  • Support business planning, performance tracking, and internal communications
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between teams, clients, and leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • MBA in Finance or CFA (preferred)
  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Investor Relations, business metrics, planning, and performance analysis
  • Prior experience in business strategy, leadership support, or corporate communications is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under tight timelines
