Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Are you a skilled machine maintenance professional with a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving? We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

  • We require a strong knowledge of machine maintenance, with hands-on experience working with HPDC & GDC Machines.
  • Able to expertly analyze breakdowns and implement predictive maintenance practices.
  • Excellent leadership qualities and a positive attitude are essential in this role.
  • Familiarity with instrument handling and proficiency in 5S, Kaizen, and Safety Norms is a must.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspections to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance personnel to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, technologies, and techniques to enhance our maintenance capabilities and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • DME / ITI (Fitter / Welder) qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
