Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our network and cloud infrastructure team. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of IT service management frameworks, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

This position involves leading a high-performing team, developing scalable processes, and ensuring consistent service delivery across our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of network and cloud administrators, fostering technical growth and career development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations.
  • Define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive operational efficiency by maturing processes for reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration across platforms.

Requirements

  • Available for after-hours escalations.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and understand sense of urgency.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Knowledge of managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers).
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Critical Thinking and Emotional Intelligence skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels – direct-reports, peers, and C-level.
  • General Experience of Cloud technologies (Azure, VMWare, AWS, Windows, Linux) and Network Technology (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba ClearPass) is an asset.
