Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Salesforce platform implementation and management.

  • Design, migrate, and manage the new Salesforce.com platform
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure user setup, workflow, old CRM data migration, and maintenance
  • Create and manage custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and dashboards
  • Conduct data quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user training and support
Requirements
  • Experience in Salesforce.com Administration and managing validation rules
  • Admin knowledge of Sales, Service, and Marketing modules is mandatory
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to create and manage dashboards
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and end-users
  • Prior experience with data quality checks and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
