Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior Accountant & Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional with experience in statutory auditing, internal audits, management audits, and tax audits.

  • Audit Planning and Execution
  • Examination and Analysis of Financial Records
  • Risk Assessment and Reporting
  • Asset and Liability Verification
  • Audit Report Preparation and Presentation

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Auditing:

Plan and execute audits from start to finish, including statutory audits, internal audits, management audits, and tax audits.

Examine and analyze financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Identify, assess, and report on financial and operational risks.

Verify assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.

Accounting:

Manage all aspects of accounting, including financial statements preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.

Handle GST filing, TDS calculations, deductions, and returns.

Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A qualification like CA Inter, CMA Inter, or M.Com is highly preferred.

Proven experience of 4-6 years in a combined audit and accounting role.

In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS), auditing standards, and tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally.ERP 9, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (especially advanced Excel).
