Are you a seasoned leader in AI engineering with a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction? As a Lead Generative AI Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and partner with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

This role requires strong technical leadership skills, including solution design, technical architecture, project ownership, team mentorship, hands-on contribution, stakeholder management, and proposal development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, experience working with cloud-based ML/AI services, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Leadership: Engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and lead the ideation and design of innovative Generative AI solutions.
  • Technical Architecture: Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Project Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including other engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: While leading the project, remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering AI-driven solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies and experience working with cloud-based ML/AI services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work on short-term projects with dynamic requirements and available for flexible hours.
