Job Title: Financial Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate financial analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing critical insights to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics, with a strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting principles. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven decision-making. You will perform variance analysis of actual results against forecast and budget, assist in the development of executive-level reporting packages, and create detailed financial models to support business challenges.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps. Your expertise in financial analysis, planning, and execution will be essential in driving business outcomes and contributing to the success of our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
