Digital Product Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive product growth plans to increase sales and customer retention.
- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning for various financial products.
- Leverage digital channels, social media, and other platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Manage the marketing budget across channels and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Design and optimize loyalty programs to increase user retention and repeat usage.
- Track and analyze user behavior to enhance reward mechanisms and incentives.
- Use performance tracking tools like Webengage and firebase to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Present detailed reports on KPIs and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize user journeys and conversion funnels.
- 7-8 years of post-MBA experience in digital growth or product growth roles.
- Proficiency in tools like WebEngage/MoEngage/Clevertap, Adobe/Google Analytics, Google Playstore/Firebase, SQL, Tableau, etc.
- Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Customer Lifecycle Management & Digital Marketing Campaigns.
- Ability to effectively communicate across stakeholders and functions.
- Strong Analytical Skills & Business Acumen.
